Sound Planning Committee (Ji Sheng Wei) is a virtual authority which is operated around the members’ physical and mental existence and their social activities. its functions are detect and plan all kind of sound phenomenon. the instruments are words, image, dress and street art… since its establishment in 2007, already published Haoting Stickers and Complimentary Tickets for listen to Beijing. as well as commission art work Qiu Jiang Lu, T-shirt “harmonious graffiti” and a total statistics-management for new generation of “only” sounds.

计划声音委员会（计声委）是一个围绕其成员的身体和精神存在、社会活动而运作的虚拟机关。其职能为探测和规划一切声音现象。其手段包括文字、图像、服装、街头艺术……自2007年成立以来，已经颁发了好听贴纸、北京市聆听优待券，委约创作“虬江路”计划，发行了“和谐涂鸦”T恤，并对新一代独生声音进行了全面统计和管理。
