观音唱片创建于2004年底。
由FM3，颜峻，武权，王凡在游戏，聚会和演出中构思，呼应正在兴起的中国声音实验。
乃是撒把芥末旗下唱片厂牌。
主攻方向：田野录音，声音探索，即兴音乐，语言艺术。

Kwanyin Records was established in end of 2004.
Conceiving during game, party and shows by FM3, Yan Jun, Wu Quan and Wang Fan. It’s a response to rising sound experiments in China.
A sub-label under Sub Jam.
Major directions: field recording, sound exploration, impro music and art of language.

10 persons & Ya Ji 3 十个人雅集三

撒把芥末/观音唱片邀请了10位过去和现在的同事，分别为这个特殊的联合出版物制作包装。
他们的身份相当复杂和模糊，有唱片店老板，有平面设计师，有乐评人，有手工制作者，有策展人，有艺术家助理，有无业青年……
惟一的共同点就是，他们聚集于这个厂牌，为自己喜欢的音乐效力。因此这也是一次幕后工作者的雅集。

Sub Jam /KwanYin Records invited 10 past and present colleagues to make package for this special join-release individually.
Their identities are ambiguous: owner of music shop, graphic designer, music critic, DIY designer, curator, artist assistant, unemployed…
The only consistency is they are together here with the lable,
labour for music they love. Therefore this is a gentle meeting of staff behind the scenes as well.
